Returns and exchanges are only available in cases where the device is faulty or not functional. In the event that a device is faulty or not working, the device must be shipped back to our warehouse where it will be inspected and tested. If the device is verified as faulty, a new device will be shipped, and the return shipping costs refunded to the customer.
